Started from scratch in 2001. Open-plan front garden with a mature lawn enclosed by an established beech hedge with far-reaching views of Croagh Patrick. Rear garden that was originally farmland with an open vista has been developed into a landscaped garden. Its central feature provides a decorative array of colour and interest throughout the year. A small bright enclosed patio

provides the perfect seating area to admire the garden. It has views from all angles. Sections of garden are uneven. Active bee hive.
